We’re looking for an adventurous servant leader to fill a role vital to the coordination of Bible translation projects in the Pacific. If you or someone you know is skilled in team leadership, networking, flexible and entrepreneurial project management, and cross-cultural communications, then this position will interest you.
The Pacific Regional Director identifies Bible translation needs and shares with local church leaders how they can be directly responsible for the Bible translation they seek. The Regional Director coordinates logistics and communication between local church communities, governments, Wycliffe Associates’ partner organizations, and other national and international organizations. Experience in managing complex budgets and reports is helpful. This position is open to supported staff or volunteers.
This job is not easy. You will travel extensively. You will have to adapt to the unknown. You will juggle diverse challenges, honing your discernment and faith as you analyze projects.
