You have heard me describe the work of our Training Department in past emails. This team creates and improves tools, resources, curriculum, and more—all to equip volunteers and national Bible translators with the training they need to achieve our shared goal of a Bible in every language by 2025.
We are looking for a volunteer who is skilled as a manager and has experience in instructional design. This volunteer will work closely with the manager of the Training Department to help lead our team of trainers and instructional designers, and should be prepared to work with Learning Management Systems. This position requires approximately 20 hours each week, and we are hoping for someone who will be available in our Orlando office for at least part of the year.
