Wycliffe Associates is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer who will help us dramatically accelerate Bible translation by preparing tools and resources for Bible translators. Our Instructional Designers develop, deliver, and maintain innovative curricula and tools for mother-tongue translators so that they can use our resources as they translate the Bible into their own language. You will work with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and then adapt content for delivery in a variety of media for a broad range of translators, church leaders, and volunteers. Your work in educational technology can make an incredibly positive impact for Bible translators!
We are seeking an Instructional Designer who has experience creating training content in a Learning Management System, preferably Moodle. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in multi-media authoring tools (like Adobe Captivate), social networking tools, and learning management systems are necessary.
This is a remote position with a flexible schedule, and we are asking for 12 hours of service each week.
