There was no way.
So many language groups crying out for God’s Word—begging us to bring them the tools to translate the Scriptures for themselves . . .
But they live in Muslim and communist-controlled parts of Asia—places where it’s dangerous, even deadly for Americans. Places where foreigners aren’t allowed to enter.
We can’t even send workers in to set up Bible translation workshops, to find safe venues, or to train Bible translators. Religious opposition is too intense. Persecution of Christians is too fierce. Foreigners have never even ATTEMPTED to conduct Bible translation there.
How could these language groups possibly ever receive the good news?
But now, God has answered prayer—with a plan that is more bold and more beautiful than I could ever have imagined!
